Boots are blasphemous obamanations(not a typo, fuck obama) and Soraka gets MS from her Q's which also slow enemies, and her E snares, they are also some of the longest range basic abilities in the game, overall, she really doesn't need boots, especially if you have what I think is WarLord's Blood Lust, the one that every 100 charges grants ms and lifesteal.

It's true though, double AP bot was the meta back then, and ADC went mid. There was (usually) no jungler, and 2 tops. The ADC support bot lane was brought in by EU if I recall correctly. And Jax was cancer.

In season 1 maybe. By season 2 the current set up (top, jungler, usually apc mid, adc/support bot) was firmly entrenched especially at higher elos.

I know this is a joke, but I was getting genuinely mad at the support last game because I was pretty cs starved and he was just taking minions while I was RIGHT THERE! Like cmon man, everyone is taking cs that I need and then pinging me for being useless like it's my fault.

Rakan dud not have Targon's, I know how to last hit, I was behind due to a lack of farm and while I was 2 steps from lane he was taking the cs under turret that I was fully capable of getting. Trust me I wouldn't be complaining if the answer was as simple as it being my fault. Sometimes the support does a not-so-good thing.

Seriously though, this kind of score happens so often when I play mage supports, and I'm not even trying to get the kills. But then again, I'm not holding back to give them away either, which might explain it.

Brand is awesome, and does have some good options. Since he has early access to a stun, he can peel. His passive also is a major encouragement for them to split up and take time doing it.

legit janna build item 3301 no potions item 3070 item 1082 item 3108 item 2049 item 3041 item 3165 item 3003 item 3157 or item 3089 than the other item 2302

Spam E off CD and cast Q twice with some delay to stack tier. Also use W on minions if you know you're safe. Buy sightstone earlier if you need wards and eye of the oasis as well. Hold onto yellow trinket for awhile too.
