Why can Cait headshot assassins for 1.6 K damage and then Net them for another and instabop them? and survive their burst trough GW from item 3033 and summoner 14 at 12 HP, then be full again in 3 seconds?

How is this balanced?

Actually Cait is broken atm because of her stacking headshot with Runnas if you nerf the runnas interaction bam. cait is back to normal. ( her traps are still cancer but have counterplay outside lane)
