Caitlyn is broken though

Actually Cait is broken atm because of her stacking headshot with Runnas if you nerf the runnas interaction bam. cait is back to normal. ( her traps are still cancer but have counterplay outside lane)

Riven only has a 14% pick rate and a 51% Win Rate :P
