If you could do anything you wanted to this game, what would you do? Balance changes, Champion removals, New maps, just about anything you can think of!
Example:I would personally have them add Ao Shin (or however you spell his name) to the game XD. I've wanted that dragon since they teased him...along with Leona and Skarner. 
I would fire half of Riot's employees.

first off fire not half of riots employees liek the first comment says, i'd fire the whole balancing team, remove the new assassin item aka "zed ult as item" fucking nerf fiora and lux add EVERY gamemode to the game FOREVER (one for all, urf, etc.) turn the map at 45° so both sides have the same fucking angle (something that was promised back in season 1) launch the tribunal because it cant be possible that its down over 2 years. add a record tool which also is suggested by players since season 2 add more penalty tiers to the bann system (3 days 7 days 14 days 3 month and permabann) add penaltys to ppl who are just rude in chat, not in a rule breaking way but still in an annoying way (1day chatbann not restrict a whole bann, 5day chatbann, 2 weak chatbann, 3 month chatbann) add more penalty tiers to the leavebuster (10min 30min 1hour 2hours) i'd try to get the trolls banned which is a hard goal i admit it i would rework old champs and not add new champs with mobility and %hp dmg all the time and a whole lot of other stuff...
I'd buff tank items slightly
Make the new assassin item melee only
Buff Inhib turrets dmg over time
Return lee sin's attk speed slow to his E (in fact I would add this mechanic to at least one other champ)
