Dark hand has around 300 AR at level 15, you 2 - 3 shot anyone in PvP and since you can't upgrade the Dark Hand, nobody will have a weapon higher than +2. Do it while you can tho, it might get patched.
P.S. use a friend to transfer the rings cause you don't get them until late in the game (obviously)
