Quinn's got the most types of crowd control in her kit out of all the marksmen: she's got a knockback, a slow, a disarm, and nearsight. Urgot's got three: slow, suppression, and flee. Graves also has three: knockback, nearsight, and slow. Also, if you're counting marksmen with two kinds of crowd control such as Jinx and Caitlyn (root and slow), then you forgot Tristana (slow, knockback), Corki (knock-aside, slow), Kalista (slow, knockup), and Kindred (slow, slow).
