i once tried making a custom gif for meme long ago. Got downvoted due to gif not displaying and the meme itself being terrible for some reason.

Laughing Fish3 votesPost it here, let me see what went wrong. There is a max size of 20mb. Imgur also uses .gifv as well as .gif, which is technically a video file.
