- Legendaries are not price protected 2)People demanded that riot not increase the entry skin tier to 1350 3)People really REALLY want 1350 Skin Tier Features 4)Riot is an awesome company and compromised so the die hards get it on sale at the price they wanted when it comes out, riot gets the price they want for the quality they delivered over time, and price conscious users still get he eventual 50% off sale.
