Villain: enemy champ that has the most kills in the last 5 mins (this includes any Demacian turncoats who kill your allies)
So many things wrong with this list. Like most of the yordles being "bad guys" for a start.
Here we have clear evidence of how deluded Fish Garen is. The fact that he truly believes that everyone who does not follow "the Holy and Just Light of Demacia" are automatically evil shows incredible shortsightedness.
Heavy evidence of how thick he really is shows up in on the good guy list. Not only does she not fit your incredibly short sighted criteria (made it easy to criticize at least), but she's a mass murderer (as is most every other demacian).
If you truly believe that Demacia is the sole vestige of goodness in a giant sea of barbarians and evil (cough ancient china cough historical joke cough) then declare war on everyone. The "the Holy and Just Light of Demacia" would not steer you wrong and lead you to victory after all.
Unless you harbor doubts. Unless somewhere under your incredibly thick skull you have a doubt that your totalitarian monarchy with incredibly strict class structure, a permanent nobility, and no chance of rising up might not be the greatest place in all of Valoran.
Good and evil are complex things, and cannot simply be defined by the criteria of worshipping one religion and that's all. For example, a good number of people in piltover and some of them in Shurima are good. Not to mention Ionia or freljord. We need to acknowledge people's actual merit, not just their willingness to be oppressed by their government.
