Pantheon's sole purpose is to make the game a 4v4 by removing himself and the toplaner from the game because he can make both of them useless after 20 minutes. Sometimes if the stars allign you can actually carry before then, but the average "best case scenario" is you destroy their top laner and you are a glorified stun bot after 20 minutes.
