How it feels to play with high ping

Not actually true. Since patch 6.7 I have been getting 700 ms ping spikes (lasting several minutes). That's .7 seconds. You can't cast a spell until it is off cooldown. Which means you effectively have an additional .7 second cooldown on all spells. If you are a champion who spams spells for dps (karthus lay waste, Cass twin fangs, nasus q at full rank with max cdr), you will see an appreciable decrease in dps.

Take karthus for example. Most of his dps comes from lay waste, which is on a 1 second cooldown. .7 ping reduces the dps of this spell by 42 percent.

That's worse than being exhausted.

I won a game on Singed with 1200 ping once.

i got normally 200 ms, its playable, i think i've won around 14 chests so far, so yeah playable

unfortunately sometimes it raises up to 300ms and then i want to rage quit, freaking huge delay, cant even move efficiently

I had mine in the millions once... The numbers went past the box and I was like do I have dial up or something. Turns out there was a problem with the line.

When uncapped I get about 550 fps.

@OP: Might be the hops between you and RIOT...especially with all the horrific weather the southern states are having... Tis all I gotta say.

But I do hate those 3 - 10 minute Match Loads...such an annoyance!
