Wukong's (unlikely) rework would most likely be like this

Honestly I feel like they would do something with decoys sort of like what they did with and her plants (More along the lines of giving more opportunity for more decoys, not passively dropping decoys). His decoys are a big part of who he is and I think it should be something that is more unique to him than and who, let's face it, have better decoys in general. That, or add some kind of armor break passive to make room for a new Q that could possibly work with his decoy.
