The Show never ends

Hey Guys, made an ARAM today and saw some Summoners with: "TSNE" behind theyre names. When you pressed Tab and coursed over theyre Name there was written:"The Show never ends" below theyre summoner name. What exactly is this and how do i get this too?

Clubs.

TSNE is their tag, and "The Show Never Ends" is their club name.
