"The enemy's inhibitor is respawning soon"

And it respawns right before you last hit the nexus

My favorite is when that statement is followed by "your team has destroyed an inhibitor" about 10 seconds later

I don't get it, the announcer says "The enemy inhibitor is respawning soon" but literally 2-6 seconds later it respawns. Can't you say that when its two thirds of the way there and say "The enemy inhibitor is respawning" Or "The enemy inhibitor has respawned." when its actually about to respawn/ did respawn?

Is the Nexus tower down?

A) No: let's see what happens

B) Yes: RUSH MODE SNEAK ATTACK THAT DAMN THING IS DYING NOW
