Needs that CDR and mana, man. He's got to scale.
Fun fact is that the manamune after staking it up just straight up gives most ad in game, on top of the ever present on hit mana burn. Since it does stack faster on URF it is pretty dope in there

He has two items with sheen passive. UNIQUE - Passive btw
I mean why not, if you take transcendence its just bonus damage and if you slap some lifesteal on assassins cant burst you anymore
