I always take trancendence on URF so cdr actually gives me a lot. And Manamune makes some sense. It's super fast to stack and then you always have 100% mana for them extra damages.

Wimbledofy1 votesIt's 25% actually, unless it was hotfixed today. Each point of cdr gives .3 ad or .5 ap. Hovering over it ingame says 1 ap, but it only gives .5 per point of cdr.
AYAYA Support4 votesFun fact is that the manamune after staking it up just straight up gives most ad in game, on top of the ever present on hit mana burn. Since it does stack faster on URF it is pretty dope in there

yeah but this is ezreal we're talking about, not like you need a lot of bonus damage to get the ball rolling, and sheen covers the damage lost especially since IBG gives him survivablity although the tri force is overkill, just go BT and laugh as they cant kill you ez clap
