Dynikus1 votesyour goal as a jungler is to get your lanes ahead. taking every buff isn't an effective way to do this. Outside of your first clear where you need them, you're only hurting your team by taking them all after that.

Ganking lanes to get them ahead is one means of applying pressure to the map, but it is not the only one (nor always the most effective).
If I believe I will be able to more efficiently use the buffs than my allies or their performance has not inspired sufficient trust, I will keep taking the buffs so long as that remains true.
