I assume because she can poke people down then promote a minion when they leave or get too low.

https://imgur.com/a/oZz1wEs How did this Mordekaiser do all game and only ult their Adc once at the end of the game. while doing no dmg when they mostly all build armor for the "useless jungler and support" Wonder where the item 3302 Relic shield is? its like he didn't look at how to play his Champ and then flamed everyone besides himself :Thinking:[zombie-brand-facepalm]
