I have never encountered one of these people but they are probably awful. I do get people who feel the need to report me when the game was never my fault I mean jg never ganked me ever and support never warded mid ever like that isn't my fault.

You get to a point with them where you manage to pigeon hole them into having to admit that they were wrong at some point, and then they start lying so that they can maintain their innocence.
