Edit: Oh wait you're looking at the overall damage, sir that includes minions and monsters. That's not damage dealt to Champions.

The healing counts self-healing, and he was jungling. He healed from overall damage dealt, not just damage to champions. He was healing himself all game, even while farming. This is not a surprise at all.
