Also, once Ziggs get his 
, he almost has no mana issues.
EndlessIsolation1 votesHonestly... I prefer him as a pokey type support with long range adcs, and take some mana regen runes over extra ap. Really though, his abilities are not what you have to watch for, its the tower execute and the bonus damage on his passive (even with little ap its a good chunk of extra magic damage on top of extra damage in general on his auto's).
He reminds me of a more setup based lux in that regard.
