I feel like Ziggs bot is actually something easy to play against considering he's skill shot based and takes up a lot of mana. Pretty surprised people actually complained about it lol.

Who complains about his range and poke? The part that can't be countered is the 50% tower damage on first back, or first tower blood on one gank.
