I admit, I have done this.

Does reporting anybody actually do anything?
I mostly report if they say multiple cuss words TOWARDS someone on our team or theirs or if teammates feeds and then says they are leaving, if they do afk. If they say things like "wow u retrd" or stuff like "u suk ur a homo" I will report for that too. If the sentence sounds rude towards a person, I will report.
Sometimes teammate playfully calls an enemy "lol you lil btch" because they took their buff. I find that ok. (I mean not ok that they took the buff but like what they said. Not as terrible.)
I like to write a detailed description to what happened in my report.
JUSTICE! Whether we win or lose. Any map, any mode.

If I have a crappy player or toxic player I talk shit is either when its a sure loss like evrey lane loss and they have better communication or at the very end of a game I won so I can say how bad they are. I keep pretty quiet in between so they dont start feeding or go afk.
It's a shame that reporting doesn't actually do anything, unless you've created a way to clone yourself to be 1000 people. :/
basically every normal mode/aram mode I play theres someone like this. too many 1k+normal games played casuals lmfao. Its a joke. It really is.

I was Sion and the enemy Teemo was insulting me the whole game. He was 5/1 and I was 2/3. I had enough of his crap and murdered him. Throughout the whole game I targeted him. Ending with 15/4. Don't mess with Sion.
