I ulted whole enemy team into base turret. Random penta kill. :O
One thing that will probably never happen to me again is ulting in on baron as rek'sai, stealing it (without using smite mind you) and proceeding to stroll out with almost all of my health. Never again...
I once threw a Thresh hook over a river wall at an enemy to lock him down (the only enemy I could see on screen and the mini map in my area). I missed and got a kill with it. Won't happen again.
I was testing to see if I could cast spells with TAB open as thresh before creeps spawn. Threw my Q into a random bush, hooked a 
, got first blood for my team.
I once managed to get a Quadra kill on howling abyss... With Taric.
I have no idea how, but I somehow did it. And it was Outrageous.
As Vi, I was charging my Q to ram into the enemy Graves for a finishing blow, but right as i'm about to punch him in the face, I apparently killed their Evelynn instead.

One thing that will probably never happen to me again is playing as Zed and in a teamfight in Baron, enemy gets Baron and literally everyone but me dies with less than 100 health left and I just recall after scoring that Ace with the enemy team getting Baron for nothing.
