When you're a support main, you don't even get to see the timer pop up ;)
fyi: the estimated queue time is based on an average for every around your ELO
You don't complain when you get a game after 5 seconds of queueing while the estimated wait is 3 minutes, do you...

It's an estimation. it can be wrong by a few hours.
