She has like infinite harrass, her E at rank 5 costs only 130 mana, way too cheap :(
And i always make sure i'm standing still like a statue whenever she uses her Q or her Ult :(

As a Fizz main, I know this feel all too well.
But now I just sit back and laugh whenever I see a new nerf Fizz thread in Gameplay, knowing that nothing will ever come out of it.
Wait people still complain about Vayne? In S5 she actually had a real reason to be hated due to basically no other good ADC options. It was basically her or Tristana then subpar ADCs(Even Kalista is garbage, only saving grace is she is mobile while every other isn't) but now that she was toned down a little as well as other ADCs actually being good, she is very tamed now.
Most champs that I dislike are usually more because they are annoying than actually OP
. The only one I would say would actually be OP would be 
since no tank should be chunking a 3rd of your health no matter the situation. But he got nerfed/balanced so he is a lot more tame now.
Haha, i just dont like Quinn because she counters who i play, shes not OP i just dislike playing against her.
