And this is assuming that there is only one Illaoi....

There's a huge dropoff in effectiveness once you get to the people who know how to fight Illaoi and I'm just about at it now :(
I can get six S-'s in a row in normals then jump in ranked and get dismantled :(

To be fair, it's not like she has no counterplay... She has way too much counterplay really, if you keep her stunned, her tentacles aren't moving either, that's great. And if you just walk away... she can't do anything at all absolutely at all.
