If Rito had just said Solo Queue is gone that would have been perfectly fine. But they promised they were working on it and it was coming soon, dragged that on for months, and then just said "lel nope".

People were getting furious because they kept saying it's coming, but didn't show anything to back it up. It went for months, them saying it's coming, hiding their truth of the situation to their community. The false hope that maybe, just MAYBE Riot actually releases it remains hanging on our heads.

If they just said right off the bat that they felt it would be unhealthy for the game to run two queues and would rather just have DQ, then we wouldn't have such a shitfest. There'd be lots of people complaining still, but some of the people here aren't mad that it's gone, and at least now are happy there's a straight answer. They're upset that they waited half a year because they don't trust us enough.

Honestly I think if they didn't wait there'd be more rage. By waiting they gave people a chance to either:

Leave if they were really upset about it (Actually I thought everyone already 'left?' Who is here to even complain about it)
Start liking dynamic queue
Forget about it and stop caring (Im in this group)

I'm not new here, and I know people go off at everything. Hell, I was involved with the Fiora Splash problem, because it really didn't feel like Fiora.

I'm saying the outrage wouldn't have been so big if they just told us instead of holding onto it for 6 months going "It's coming" and not doing anything. Players were given false hope, and it's that false hope that makes it harder for people to trust riot now. I don't mind them trying to fix something they did incorrectly, such as the Juggernaut situation, but waiting half a year for what people could tell was true for that half a year that it ain't coming is a deadly blow. Not to mention they contradict what DQ is about for anyone diamond+.

Well, if they said "soon", then I suppose it lines up behind the tribunal, which was coming back in "May"

Note that there have now been 2 Mays that have passed and no tribunal

I do, but at the same time Riot mentioned that they know about all the faults DynamicQ has and will be working to fix the issues so the solo experiance is on par with the Premade experiance, without sacrificing a person's prefered role (or wait time for that matter).

They said they have 3 things on there way that should help with the issues and as long as they communicate with us throughout the transition, we might even end up with a better system all together. We just have to see what they have planned.
