This is not just the ADC main's view. I am a mid, but whenever I see a Lux support I cringe, because I know that the game will likely go one of two ways:

Lux gets stupidly fed--enough to build like a mid--cause of her strong aggressive laning presence and the enemy laners not respecting it cause they're bad (in which case it didn't matter what the Lux "support" picked) OR
The Lux falls behind, builds like a regular support, and the game becomes a 4v5. They also rarely seem to buy sightstone, so even the one part of being a support that she could still manage without tons of dosh is left unatended to. tl;dr Lux support blows.

Doesn't need to build too much damage to be usefull (tends to build like Zyra), because of his lower AP ratios and high bases. So he is basically an actual support now. Lux ... just isn't.

And that's all I got because most of the rest would be neutral good ( Sona Taric Nami ) and there is a case for Janna being chaotic good.

Lux would probably be chaotic neutral (I wasn't serious when I labelled her chaotic evil) too because most Lux only go supports to build full AP and snipe ultis at 2 people instead of 1.

As a support choice, she is chaotic evil.

Now, in terms of Chaotic Good by lore, look up Morgana. Her purpose was to sow chaos for the greater good. Rakan would also fall under this due to the nature of rebellions.

Wouldn't Taric be chaotic good? He deserted his post and got his platoon killed. Even if it wasn't his intention, he still broke the law and got his fellow soldiers killed.

Not quite. Chaotic Good means that the character has disdain or complete disregard for the code of law or status quo, seeing it as nothing but an obstacle to doing the right thing (e.g Robin Hood)

Taric is more Neutral Good. He has a code of conduct and rules of engagement that he follows, but he is prone to skirting out of the confines of the law if it means doing the right thing.

Sona's tendancy to KS, along with her sentient trinket which may or may not have killed her adoptive parents, kind of places her more into Chaotic Evil.

I REALLY don't understand the hate against lux support.

She can root 2 ppl at once, has a shield, a slow and her ult can hit multiple targets.

Is she the best support? no but i think she sure as hell is viable.

It's also the easiest lvl 7 i've ever gotten lmao.

Because she doesnt build support. She just builds a gold item, MAYBE sight stone, (or eye item) and then just full ap. So they're basically a 2nd mid laner.

I was more referring to the fact that she's more like a bursty Lux equivalent than whether or not she's been utilized competitively; I'm fully aware of her viability.
