Fizz has a shorter CD (4.8 vs 8.4 with max CD). Also, its takes 20% of Vlad's health to use trollpool, whereas Fizz only needs mana. This makes it far more spammable.

i dont consider the health/mana cost a factor considering vlad easily gets the health back but i do see your point. Fizz become untargetable for a max of 0.75 seconds if he chooses not to use e a second time, also making him stationary. Vlad is untargetable for 2-3 seconds with mobility, a slow, and life steal. Im not arguing that fizz isn't annoying it just seems like he catches A LOT more hate from the community for an ability i see as equal, or maybe lesser than vlads.
