Y'now, when a rework actually BENEFITS THE FUCKING ENEMY, something fucked up.
Like, why the HELL is the enemy getting free wards and gold just for Skarner loading into the game? And why can the enemy completely lock him out of it if they're ahead?
And they gutted his Q too, as if this gimmick is just SO POWERFUL that they needed to nerf something.
