Make any Champion Seem OP

Let's play a game where we pick a champion and make them sound OP by only listing their strengths. Don't call them by name when describing them, but put it at the bottom of your post so that we can try to guess who they are just based on their kit. And don't use this thread as a way to bash on a champion you think is OP/UP, we're just here to have fun.

I'll start: This champion is so ridiculously OP. Their passive gives them free AoE magic damage to minions, champions, AND TURRETS, they have an AoE knockup that stuns anyone hit as well, a point-and-click knockback that also stuns. On top of that, they have an AoE heal that gets refreshed by STANDING NEAR MINION WAVES and an ult that not only acts as a cleanse, but gives them a crapton of AD, Armor, and MR, making them nearly unkillable. The most stupid thing about this champ though is that you can't even milk those. . . . . . . . . . . (It's Alistar, if anyone was wondering)

He throws an object that slows if it hits and if it misses it can come back and hit you. He has a ridiculous power of getting a speed boost every 3 basic attacks or q/ e on champion that practically makes him sanic. He can bounce over walls or on heads that also gives him an additional slow so you'll never escape him and his passive makes him practically godzilla so he'll destroy the city and hit you with an op Boulder that has an additional slow and ridiculous damage capabilities. His Godzilla also has a stun that keeps you slowed for longer than a goddamn Morgana and he still retains bouncing capability and can r your whole team into a wall and get a free penta

Strengths: Ever dreamt of getting every kill and easy burst combo to blow up any champion you wish but don't want to risk of dying yourself? Then use LeBlanc. She has massive harass at just level 2 and is completely ungankable. Dash over any wall you wish, but there were enemies? Just teleport back to your original location at no extra cost or delay.

Use a spell a second time for free with enhanced damage from the basics using her ultimate.

Think you're going to get her? Think again, her passive will turn her invisible and will take Shaco's ult and shove down your throat just for you to run for the wrong image for the real one to dash to safety.

True weaknesses: <Tumbleweed blows in the wind> erm... yeah.

With only 400 AP, 50% Max Health damage on one ability.

This champion does everything you need in a fight. He has a regenerating shield, built-in cooldown reduction, all of his abilities can do splash damage, and built-in spell vamp. You get all these without items. Also, instead of just scaling with AP, all of his abilities scale with something that he gains naturally, as well! At 40% CDR (remember, he has some built in CDR), his longest cooldown is 8.4 seconds...that's also not including his ability to reduce that to 4 seconds. That's right! His 3 basic abilities can all have a cooldown of 4 seconds or less!!! Better yet, he only has one skill shot! That's right! ONE skill shot! Getting bullied out of lane? No problem! Sit back and farm with one of your abilities with a 900 range on a 4 second CD (4.5 with max CDR) and a mana cost of 30 at first rank!
