How bout when your adc gets cuaght and they force a fight, you manage your mana and hp very well getting a quadra.... then the adc has respawned and is about to make it too they turret in mid.... you have saved enough mana for a warwick q and 1 auto will kill fizz after.. your going to die but get a penta... and adc last hits.
