Pick a champion passive. Any passive.

Now think of two champions, different from the original:

  1. Champion who would benefit from the passive so much, they'd be completely overpowered.
  2. Champion on which the passive would be completely useless.

As an example: Sion's passive Sion

  1. Given to Draven Draven ....MERCY PLZ
  2. Given to Soraka Soraka ....-Crickets chirp-

Riven passive on Yasuo riven is now more annoying but her damage is toned down and yasuo can now deal enough damage to carry games while also having the weakness of being squishy oh wait a minute! i think i just made 2 champions that get qq'd alot into 2 champions that can be tolerated by my fellow bronzies

there are 2 types of people in every rank the ones who complain and blame everything but themselves for why they can't climb and the ones who know they have mistakes and will do what they can to fix them (if I'm being blamed for things i know aren't my fault i will usually get somewhere in between these 2 groups but normally im the 2nd one)

Thresh Sion

Infinite scaling armor, AP AND HP for Sion. A crap passive for Thresh.

Veigar Vladimir

Infinite scaling HP for Veigar, no passive for Vladimir

Amumu passive on any AD champ would be pretty bad.

Graves passive on Sejuani would be okay, not sure if its better than her current passive or not...

Draven passive on anyone (requires catching axes)

Jax Passive on:

  1. Jinx she needs not build Attack Speed to max it out
  2. Ryze worse than most mages, as most mages have some AP for that one mastery to convert into on hit damage.
