Not enough gems 
I'm placing my bets for patch 6.8 as to when 
will finally be announced (since Riot already said he won't be in the 6.7 patch )
You know. I was hoping he would end up something between Hapshiel and Uther the Lightbringer. And if you don't know who Hapshiel is...... lets just say he's a tanky mofo that can literally walk up on anyone... yea lets go with that.
This kind of post makes me scared to play Taric and scared to play support as a result. I might develop too much muscle memory while playing him that'll be too hard to forget if they change him. What do people even want in a Taric rework? I can't imagine how you could buff him without nerfing him also and that would honestly suck. I guess his ultimate could be tweaked(increase the area of effect whether for allies or enemies or both, maybe add terrain blocks it since the area is getting bigger if that isn't already a thing) so as to not make him too reliant on Flash to get a good ultimate off, but I don't know what else you would do to him.
From the responses I've got from asking about this in the past I wonder if players want something like a blind on the enemy you've stunned after they are done being stunned. Something that breaks their vision and does it for a duration that is in reverse proportional to the stun time. So if the enemy is far away they get blinded for a longer period of time, but if they are close and got a longer stun, then the blind time is short. Another possibility could be his basic ability getting to blind the enemy, but that might be too OP. Shatter would probably be OP if it gave the enemies a miss chance.
If I had to guess, a blind like taking away their vision would be preferred over the Teemo type blind since everyone hates Teemo...but if the goal is to make him OP then I think making Shatter OP would be the best route to go with. Either way it would be a shame to rework him if his ultimate weren't buffed IMO. I guess they could even put the blind on his ultimate now that I think about it. That would prevent it from being used very often, which would probably be fine.
