Actually tri on jhin isnt that great. Tried it. Mehhhh. The 4th shot with sheen is the only good thing. other than that its not that effective on him

I'm of the opposite opinion, it's actually very good on him, gives him a bit of mana for his spells, sheen proc which is easy to do given his set attack speed, cdr for more ability usage, and phage for more movespeed on autos. The reason people don't build it on him is because he can scale much harder with big AD items and armor pen is all the rage for him right now anyway.

I find it to be incredibly effective. Missing a proc on it is very difficult, as his maxed out grenade has a roughly 3 second cooldown when you got the triforce CD, so its damage output is basically just as good on, say, kogmaw or lucian because of the item's hard 3 second CD limiter. Not to mention the bonus movespeed on hit you get from it making kiting with jhin trivial. I actually run an IE -> Greaves -> Triforce -> Essence -> Firecannon -> Situational build on jhin and I usually hit about 7-8 hundred AD with 1k damage on most autos due to triforce, and 2.5k crits
