I'm convinced they just pick up guys off the street who don't even play games. They constantly keep screwing up patches. They ignore overpowered champions, items and mechanics while trying to balance things that are more or less under control. I mean the mods keep saying that they want to change the game so it doesn't get stale. Well, I'd rather eat stale bread instead of fresh shit.
