When Nami lasthits you at the edge of her AA range

When the Nami (me) heals the ADC to save her (Vayne), as the 3rd consecutive towershot is already in the air and would otherwise be the end for the Vayne and an escaped enemy ADC, and it splashes off to accidentally get the kill, but the Vayne lives.

Did that today on the NA boads. Enemy akali got away from my team, I used ghost and used W on her, killing her.

When I Nami and get a auto attack kill at late game when my autos only do like 1 damage...... I mean really, I buffed my ally not myself with the E >=\

And then Nami presses alt+E while it's in midair - practically after it already hits her target, making her water auto explodes, setting off Luden's, Lichbane and doing a billion additional damage.
