I see people complaining about Zed being OP, about Ekko being annoying, about Lucian outclasses every ADC. Well I have a an easy way to balance the game: Make Garen's ult deal 100% max health as true damage to villains. Zed is Legendary? Demacia. Ekko is on a killing spree? Demacia. nah keep it at 100% true damage but to give garen counterplay we'll "nerf" garen by adding a 3 hit passive to his spin to win where any enemy hit with 3 differnt spins from garen will autotically FF and disconnect from the game. But having a 3 hit passive that gives such counterplay to a champion is unfair so if garens passive also applies to turrets and nexus and jungle camps.

and since Garen is the perpetrator of justice at the end of every game he can run a tribunal judgement on the game and can decide who gets banned or not. and from the start of every game the Garen player should get the option to play as God and can give people or take away gold depending on how much justice and teamplay individuals are showing.

No, against Darius Garen will be locked into a battle cinematic for 6 minutes. It will be a quick time event with filler and everything.

lucian LIVES in demacia, but he's not as prideful as the rest. I think he just kinda lives there for the most part. A place to call home. Since he fights the shadow isles religiously which I'm sure demacia is willing to do so as well they probably have no issues.
