I see people complaining about Zed being OP, about Ekko being annoying, about Lucian outclasses every ADC. Well I have a an easy way to balance the game: Make Garen's ult deal 100% max health as true damage to villains. Zed is Legendary? Demacia. Ekko is on a killing spree? Demacia. Garen should do 100% max health true damage to Fizz in general, with his autos, Q, E and even W because of the might of his armour that suddenly gains such shine that everyone in the vicinity is blinded and dies
