Read your news, know your politics. North Korea cannot afford to instigate any kind of war, because China currently is responsible for 80% of their trade, and thus practically their entire economy. Should North Korea do something stupid like start a war against one of China's NATO allies such as Japan, South Korea, or the US, China will strangle the shit out of their economy and bring them crashing to their knees.
They are all bark, and I would hope that Kim Jong-Un isn't stupid enough to send his country to bankruptcy and economic destruction on some machismo bloodthirst.
He'll also say his catch phrase.
