North Korea cannot afford to instigate any kind of war, because China currently is responsible for 80% of their trade, and thus practically their entire economy. Should North Korea do something stupid like start a war against one of China's NATO allies such as Japan, South Korea, or the US, China will strangle the shit out of their economy and bring them crashing to their knees.
They are all bark, and I would hope that Kim Jong-Un isn't stupid enough to send his country to bankruptcy and economic destruction on some machismo bloodthirst.

woodvsmurph2 votesUnless... China allies with Russia and uses Korea to secretly instigate a war, work magic to make US look bad and lose world support more than it already has. Then China and Russia enter war vs US to reign them in and we end up with a real ww3. Something I would very much dislike. But other than a scenario like that, I can't see much happening besides words or small gestures/posturing by either side. And as Snowplosion said, this is a meme.

The whole point of those strikes was to send a signal to North Korea, Iran and intimidate China into pressuring North Korea. Putin of course played along and opposed it and such.

KoKoboto6 votesBy giving the rich more money they expand their businesses and are able to hire more people now that they have more money to invest into their own corporations. I'm pretty sure the higher class business people don't just sit on huge bags of money when they get it, they would use it to create stable infrastructure for their business in the future. Use the tax cut to invest into technologies, research, and laborers for better products. Also I imagine by decreasing tax for higher class will be less likely to outsource work now that they got more money. Of course this last part is a huge stretch, outsourcing is way way cheaper, but it could be more of a possibility for some businesses.

Once the recession began, various responses were attempted with different degrees of success.
