I agree. Even if I'm having a REALLY bad day in League, I do NOT give up. I'll keep fighting until that Nexus blows up in my face.

I don't really care much for this "never surrender" mentality. There comes a point in every match where it becomes pointless to drag it on any longer. "We can still win this, you guys!!" only goes so far. If you lose every teamfight, fail to take turrets/inhibs/objectives, and are stuck in base waiting to get murdered... everyone's feeling defeated and demotivated... you bet a surrender would be preferable to delaying our loss another 15-30 minutes.
I admire the optimism, but sadly eventually optimism turns into a bit of foolishness (sorry if that's harsh), because the reality is that we're losing the match, and being slaughtered. Badly.

Kind of how I see people with that kind of (blind) optimism/mentality.
