LP Gains ?????

So, what's wrong with this game lately. The LP gains are so low and it's painfull for me as a dude who wants to climb. I mean, when i got into d4 i was winning like 17 LP per game and lose 16. After 4-5 win streaks i was getting the same LP, even 16 once. And then i won 6 in a row and got promoted to d3 and it's the same thing !!! I get onlt 17 LP no matter what i do, not even after win streaks, what is wrong with this game?[zombie-brand-mindblown]
