As a jungler, you really need to farm alot to get that S+ from my experience.
Mostly just depends on farm. But why farm minions when you can farm champions?
You just have to build locket so every time someone next to you is going to get a kill you get an assist regardless if they needed the shield or not.
I got a Pentakill with Evelynn going Legendary i dont think i even got an S- just a shitty A
Your kill participation percentage needs to be higher. That's a big reason why. Your wards are decent. Superb if we compare it to your support.

S+ with soraka, barely any minions and 2 more in team got s and s-... but what does that matter when you only get 1 chest per champ? So I've gotten 3 S's and 0 chests for playing the champ that I find is the funnest for me. And I also can't make it mastery 6 cuz you need a "Permenant champion" and they forgot to add the "shard" there so I fought like crazy for that S and now they want me to gamble my money to get it or play sucky champs that I hate to play for a chance in a thousand... GG Riot.
Anyway, S+ on soraka with 6/8/55 and only 29 minions and I also took down 4 towers, assisted... and team took 5 dragons plus 1 baron. So yeah, other times I've had "perfect" score with 0 deaths, loads of assists and a few kills but no S.
11/0/7 Yorick, 24/7 Urgot, 18/9 Jinx, an A and two B's. WHY MUST THE UNIMPORTANT MINIONS BE WORTH SO MUCH?! Stupid minions only worth something in the early game or to push lanes late. I certainly don't need them for the gold or xp they give me. Grumble grumble incoherent mumbling

Considering how shitty Divers are right now, getting so many kills without a single death is pretty much a miracle.
Maybe get some dragons and hit some towers you know things that actually matter.
The grade is heavily based on your "peers" and the scores they get. That's why it's damn near impossible to get lv 7 on certain champs and some champs you can borderline intent. feed and still somehow get an S.
One more S for rank 7 kata 26/8 carried A+ 23/10 once again carried A+ 16/2 S- ;-; rly

Just go blind pick with friends. Rekt your enemies and you will see the s c:
Gave up with trying to get an s with Ekko in went to blink pick with a group of friends carried them twice and got 2 s :D
Also a friend of mine who is in plat told me he would flash to last hit towers. Now I'm not saying to do this, but it worked for him. Play with friends who are nice so you can minion tax them a lot.
21/0/2 sounds like you AFK farmed and killed the support every time they respawned.
