Bring back Hide and Seek as a featured game

Back before they updated and then eventually got rid of Dominion, Hide and Seek was a fun game people would make in a custom game and I spent many hours playing it, the concept was simple. Two seekers would have 30-40 minutes to find and kill the 5 hiders 3-5 times each (rules differed between the creator of the game but i personally think 40 minutes with 5 lives was the best). Some other basic rules were that you were not to capture any of the points on the map, Hiders were given the first 2 minutes of the match to go hide on the map while the seekers waited in base, Hiders could only buy items after the died, Hiders were given 30 seconds of invulnerability after respawn, Hiders were to only use CC abilities, dashes, jumps, flashes, shields, movement speed increase (pretty much any ability to help the Hiders get away and not just doing straight damage to the Seeker to make them back), Seekers could not buy Oracles til 10-15 minutes into the game, Hiders could not buy Guardian Angel, the Hiders were not supposed to kill the Seekers (even if the Hiders kill the Seeker with CC abilities). To avoid this from happening there was a rule that the Seekers NO MATTER WHAT were to back at like 2-300 hp even if there's a Hider with 1 hp in front of them. And one big rule that people would forget is that you were not allowed to buy items to turn an ability into a cc ability i.e. Rylais to make Singe's Q slow the Seekers or anything or that nature. There was a banning phase so each team could ban 3 champs, but there was kind of a universal rule that both Teemo and Evelyn were perma banned. The argument for Teemo being banned is that sitting in one spot or bush til the seekers get lucky with an ability or they buy an oracles is just boring (but that's really just an opinion so he could be played). The argument for Evelyn is kinda dated now since she cant go invisible til 6, but from then on she's permanently invisible unless she reveals herself. Point being, any champ that can have permanent invisibility would and should be perma banned. Any other champ that has an invisibility or invulnerability ability is still viable for choosing. So that's all the basics for the game but there was something that was missing that completely destroyed the game. Someone or some way to enforce the rules. I can confidently say that of all the hours i played this game mode, 98% of the games ended because someone trolled in one way or another by buying something they weren't supposed to, by killing the seekers on purpose or by capturing a tower. But the number one troll problem was when a Hider lost all 5 lives with time still left in the game. As a Hider, if you lose all 5 lives, you have 2 options, either stay in base and watch the game and talk some friendly banter or just "alt tab" out and do something else til the game ended. This was one of the biggest problems, there was no way to stop the person or keep them in base. They would do anything to get all the people to quit and leave the game so they could restart and try again. Trolling got so bad that it would take upwards of an hour just to get the 7 people required to play because everyone knew that there was going to be someone who would troll and ruin the game. These are just the basics of the game and some problems that the game mode had. I would love to see this game mode in some way make a comeback as a featured game and with the right rules in place, I think others would also enjoy this game mode like i did. (If someone from Riot reads this and thinks this is a good idea and wants to get the ball rolling, please contact me in any way, I WOULD DIE to be able to get my hands in on this game mode coming back)

I miss crystal scar before they butchered my boy :( They should make this mode available to customs as a legacy feature cause i'd use this custom mode as a way to de-tilt.. Now i just go spend my money on overwatch and play hide and seek there.
