How does this actually happen it's vs bots. The same guy had a 100 minute game with yasuo earlier aswell.

people really like to feed in bot matches
If it happens on your friend's list often it's due to your clock not being synced. You can even get 500 minute games that way.

A lot of bot games also have people using their own bots to level accounts. Said bots are not as good as Riot's, and tend to be completely useless. Sometimes the human players aren't playing strong champions with good builds, or simply aren't very good themselves - all of these factors can prolong a bot game quite a bit.
