Personally a fan of this build post changes: 
+ Boots
Tons of damage™, stupid tier sustain, and the mobility to stick during a fight. Between SV's boosted healing, DD's insane bleed buff + physical vamp, and your innate sustain, it's virtually impossible to die in a fight unless they focus you down hard.
trundle is probably one of the most versatile champs out there concerning item builds
