no because annie is just retarded and literally nothing counters a good annie. even easier farming than zed yasuo and riven, tons of aoe, innate tankiness and can build roa without drawbacks because she even oneshots every squishy with just a fcking dorans, etc. etc. etc. why did they give veigar "counterplay" but left annie untouched, still a mystery to me.

It's totally different. Viegar had to push two or three buttons to instantly erase you (E+R/Q), while Annie might have to press up to 4. Kappa.

She technically does not need to press E to kill you unless she somehow need to use it to get her stun.

I actually said Veigar was using E to erase you (i.e. keep you from erasing him while he presses Q+R). Annie normally sits at 3 stacks and presses E to bring up the stun, though, just to prevent you from actually knowing whether she can get it or not.

Not necessarily. Many ADC's blame their supports every time they die to a gank (even though your wards saw the enemy coming, and you pinged) or die due to a tower dive.

Yeah, normally you still save the ADC. This way when they continue to insult you on all chat (as they will not thank you for saving them), everyone else will rush to your aid.
