what about why adcs can have 5 slots unconditionally of over loaded items but defense builds cant get 3 slots none the less one. which is why ohm wrecker is such a joke it has joke stats and a long cooldown. if its active had a 30 second cooldown you may get a support to build it because they wont ever have much impact other wise.
