Or you know.... its 15 minutes into the game and you've had 4 stacks for the last 2 or 3 minutes and no one will let you use them because "omg that leona is taking my farm!!!"
if anybody tells you you're stealing farm with a relic shield they should be banned.

When team is down 4 turrets and 3 dragons and morale is in the shit, I tell team "It's because you won't let me proc my targon stacks OMFG GIMME THAT CANNON CREEP WAIIIIIIII this is why we are losing so hard."

Seriously rito, make that thing just auto kill those little shits at full health, because no adc will let a melee champ walk up and farm those without being in voice chat with them.
