For some reason I imagine Renekton as a sleepy drunk. So I'm thinking he'd try to bite someone's head off but fall asleep halfway through. Luckily a crocodile's jaws are very easy to pry open when relaxed, so I'd just pull the poor sod out and get about 20 people to roll Renek into the corner.

More in-character, she'd probably be the designated driver, so either way, I have a hard time imagining her drunk.
If she were drunk, though, I imagine she'd start chewing out every other champ in the bar for making her job so damned hard, like "Your poor excuse for split-pushing is the reason my global heal is always on cooldown!" or "How about that time I had their carry silenced and rooted, and you kept on farming?" or "Maybe I'd have health to spare in a team-fight if you didn't constantly insist on healing you up while you tank their tower!"
