I don't know but I've waited only 3 seconds to enter a lobby as a Top laner on one game. I know it's really low time waiting for Support. I do it a lot. But, that game, I was really surprise for that Top-Laner short waiting time. I can't explain it except maybe for the large numbers of people online.

Not sure which wait is longer... Jungle or Support....

Yeah, I don't mind playing team builder cause I don't have to wait when I queue up solo.
