I kinda laugh in sadness cuz of his ignorance.

Well, it's better to hate the player than the game, but if you're complaining about a champion being OP then you probably just have no clue how to deal with them.
When someone complains that you are using an OP champion they are actuly complaining about the game.
Why not both?
This happens every time I pick 
To be fair, the game does force you to use the OP champs if you don't want to get hardcore stomped. This season is shit.
