Yes, or just spell shield.

That's how i use tf ult when i don't need to use it for mobility. Pop the spell blocks with it so i don't have to worry about it blocking gold card.

I believe (Rito correct me if wrong) that vision plant is just coded as a massive AoE that has the Reveal effect and nothing else, meaning that anything that blocks harmful spell effects being applied should prevent you from being revealed; Spell Shield, Zhonyas, Sivir shield, Vlad pool, Fizz troll-pole, maybe Kayle ult?
